Community Service Opportunities

If you are a student in need of community service hours, the Aurora Area Interfaith Food Pantry will welcome your help.

The Pantry servesfamilies in need of food assistance who lives in Kane, Kendall, DuPage, and Dekalb counties. We are always in need of help to sort, pack, and distribute food to all of these families.Your volunteer effort can help us make sure the Pantry can assist all those who come for assistance. 

Volunteers are needed on a daily basis between the hours of 8am-2pm as well as other hours for special projects. To schedule a time to volunteer or for more information: Contact: Marilyn Weisner or Mike Galgano at the Pantry, 630-897-2127
The Pantry is open for food distribution to anyone in the community in need and is located at 659 S. River St., Aurora.   Hours of distribution are Monday, Tuesday and Friday from 11 am to 2 pm.
