First Time Visitors
HOLIDAY HOURS: Aurora Food Pantry will be CLOSED Monday December 25 — Monday January 1. We will reopen for distribution on Monday January 2.
New clients are registered during our distribution days/times: Monday, Tuesday, or Thursday, from 10:00 am to 2:00 pm. You will receive food the same day you register. Please review our parking map to see where parking is allowed.
When you arrive for your first visit, please inform the volunteer working the front desk that you are a first-time client. You will have to fill out a short form before you are registered. Please bring the following items with you:
- A photo ID, such as a driver’s license, state ID, passport, or a consular ID card
- A current utility bill or lease in your name or the name of someone in your household (this should have your current address on it)
After you are registered, our volunteers will assist you with your grocery shopping. If you have any questions during your time at the pantry, a staff member or volunteer will be happy to help you.
