Due to our roof replacement, we will be moving distribution from indoors to drive-through style. This will go into effect on Monday, June 6, 2022, and indoor distribution will resume on Monday, June 20, 2022.
Evening Distribution
Evening distributions will happen on the third Tuesday of every month from 2:00-6:00 PM. Please note, that there will not be a distribution from 10:00 AM – 2:00 PM on these dates.

Bookmobile Stops

Meals on the Move through the Northern Illinois Food Bank is a mobile route that provides Summer lunches to kids and teens, 18 and under, Monday-Friday at four different parks in Aurora. More Information
Senior Meal Distributions
State Representatives Barbara Hernandez, Keith Wheeler, Stephanie Kifowit, and the Kane Senior Council are hosting several senior meal distribution events throughout 2022. These events are FREE and will take place at St. Athanasios Greek Orthodox Church, 1855 5th Ave in Aurora, from 11:00 AM – 1:00 PM. Each registered senior will receive 5 frozen meals. This is an ongoing event, and there will be two meal distributions per month through October. Remaining meal distribution dates (all Mondays):

July 11th & 25th
August 8th & 22nd
September 12th & 26th
October 3rd & 24th
Registration is required, please contact the office of State Representative Barbara Hernandez at (630) 270-1848 at least 4 days in advance to register. Please state whether you are signing up for one date or for multiple dates.
