Appointments are available exclusively on Wednesdays and Fridays, 10:00AM – 1:00PM, subject to availability.

Terms and Conditions*

• Only one (1) appointment per household is allowed PER MONTH. Scheduling more than one will result in all appointments being canceled.
• Appointment is limited to 15 minutes per visit.
• Limits on the number of items per visit may be enforced to ensure fairness.
• After three (3) missed appointments without prior notice (“no-call, no-show”), you will be notified that you are not eligible to schedule another appointment for one (1) month.
