Mask Mandate – Update

Mask Mandate – Update

The Aurora Area Interfaith Food Pantry Board of Directors has made the decision to allow masking optional starting Monday, March 21, 2022. While wearing a mask will be optional, it is highly encouraged to continue to wear one in large group settings, and if you are experiencing cold or flu-like symptoms with a negative COVID19 test as a courtesy to others.

The State of Illinois and Kane County have seen a decline in the spread of COVID19. The Aurora Food Pantry will continue to monitor the positivity rate and will reevaluate the mask mandate should a spike arise.

If you or someone you know feels sick or does not want to enter the building, please sign up for our Pantry To-Go program.
